- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for disruptive futures
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work implications and market disruption vectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advain on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Published work in futurist publications or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations)
