- Analyze global megatrends and technological inflection points to inform strategic planning for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for emerging technologies (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with innovation labs and research institutions
- Design and implement horizon scanning processes across 15+ business units
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic positioning
