Your work will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investments and shape industry standards for the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly 'FutureScan' reports identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026+ innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
- Establish metrics for tracking technological adoption curves and competitive readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging startups and breakthrough research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of predicting technological disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term digital transformation initiatives
