Responsibilities
- Lead predictive trend analysis for 2026+ technological and market shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for leadership
- Monitor global regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Published research or thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and sustainability convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
