Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce scenario reports and predictive models for market evolution through 2026
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of future-ready solutions
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and future-proofing initiatives
- Build and nurture a global futurist network through partnerships and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, climate solutions, or quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives or trend forecasting
