Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend analysis capabilities
