- Create innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for R&D investment prioritization
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle management
