- Oversee the creation of annual Horizon Scanning reports for leadership decision-making
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their transformative potential across industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or Futures Studies required
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategic foresight (articles, books, keynotes)
