Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, climate tech) and develop strategic frameworks for 2026 adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready operational models
- Author white papers and thought leadership on long-term digital transformation
- Design pilot programs for next-gen technologies (Web4.0, decentralized AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts to inform resilient business strategies
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments with 5-10 year horizons
- Represent the company at global future-tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with demonstrated impact on long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio published thought leadership (white papers, TED Talks, industry keynotes)
