Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing AI ethics, biotechnology, and space economics
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports distributed to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Design resilience strategies against existential risks and systemic collapse scenarios
- Curate annual Future Forward summit featuring global thought leaders
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or innovation strategy
- Published author in Future Studies Journal or equivalent thought leadership platform
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, causal layered analysis, and cross-impact matrices
- Portfolio of 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of Singularity University curriculum and Long Bets Foundation principles
