- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their 2026 market implications
- Develop scenario-planning models for global disruptions and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on long-term strategic risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026+ product concepts
- Build and maintain foresight networks with academic and industry leaders
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic impact
