Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through horizon scanning and trend synthesis
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ business adaptation, including scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-ready innovation roadmaps
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for market positioning and investment decisions
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks, academic institutions, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Champion ethical innovation principles while navigating emerging regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in future-oriented publications
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method, STEEP analysis, or horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
