Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech paradigms
- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation architects
- Drive organizational change management for future-ready transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial breakthroughs
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
