Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for quantum AI integration and climate-tech acceleration
- Present compelling foresight reports to stakeholders including Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption readiness and ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Curate and mentor a futurist think tank driving organizational foresight capabilities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or similar analytical frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Gartner Foresight)
- Deep understanding of ESG metrics and sustainable innovation frameworks
