Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, biotech, and AI domains
- Develop scenario models for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex future projections into product roadmaps with KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proficient in trend mapping tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Palisade)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
