Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate innovation sectors
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions
- Present future trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain proprietary innovation radar networks with global thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business roadmaps
- Facilitate strategic workshops with C-suite teams on 2026 preparedness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Proven track record of delivering future-oriented strategic recommendations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
