Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and validate disruptive technologies, social shifts, and market paradigms through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare for alternative futures in AI, climate resilience, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable organizational roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into product development and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026+ trends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, quantitative forecasting, and qualitative trend synthesis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or large-scale strategic transformation projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or relevant domain expertise
