Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' outlining market disruption vectors
- Advocate for ethical innovation and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research tools
