Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-year product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Present future-state visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business recommendations
- Champion ethical innovation principles across all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with exponential technologies
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption curves with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (LLMs, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
