Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in climate tech and neurointerfaces
- Produce trend reports on metaverse governance and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Design blueprints for hyper-personalized human augmentation frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Curate an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and policy influencers
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 clients and government bodies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Published thought leadership on Singularity, AGI governance, or climate resilience
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technologies
- Proven track record of scaling exponential organizations
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
