Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, weak signal detection)

- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
