Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotechnology, and space exploration
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Develop predictive models using machine learning and scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or foresight consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof organizational strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or similar
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
