Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and social trends through 2026 using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI governance, and human-machine symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic initiatives
- Produce executive briefings and thought leadership content on emerging paradigm shifts
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies including quantum computing and biotech
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026's operational realities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Data Science, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Mastery of predictive analytics tools (Python, R) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (journal articles, white papers)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
