Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term future scenarios
- Establish cross-functional 'future labs' prototyping next-generation solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in digital transformation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or journals
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
