Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast industry landscapes through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
