- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on future market disruptions
- Design blueprints for next-gen R&D initiatives with multi-year roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Publish thought leadership on paradigm shifts in technology and society
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-disciplinary innovation networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and public forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision frameworks or implemented innovations
