- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof products and services
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of work, climate resilience, and digital sovereignty
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy-shaping organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario development
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation topics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
