Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in emerging tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical methodologies
- Interface with venture capital firms on emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published research in peer-reviewed future studies journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Experience with blockchain-based governance systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MFMA)
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
