Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for future product development and market expansion

- Conduct competitive landscape analysis in emerging technology domains
- Produce scenario-planning models for potential future disruptions
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build future intelligence capabilities within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven trend analysis track record
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Fluency in future modeling tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, horizon scanning)
