- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with 5-10 year future horizons
- Present strategic insights to investors, partners, and board members
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
