Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through continuous trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify market opportunities for next-gen technologies (AI agents, quantum applications, biotech convergence)
- Design ethical and scalable implementation roadmaps for breakthrough innovations
- Present future strategies to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully predicted technology trends
