Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of next-gen capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (MS/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from WFS or APF)
