- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
- Design human-centric frameworks for ethical tech adoption
- Present strategic vision to board members and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic transformations
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
