Responsibilities
- Anticipate global tech trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks for enterprise clients in AI, biotech, and space tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Author white papers on future-proofing methodologies and ethical technology governance
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of advising C-suite on disruptive innovation strategies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for trend communication
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
