Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026 through quantitative research and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, neuro-interfaces) with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and translate complex insights into executable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) strongly preferred
