Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to post-2025 realities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs to track organizational readiness for 2026 market transitions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough technology investments
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
- Portfolio of published future-oriented strategy documents or thought leadership
