- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Curate and mentor a global network of futurist researchers
- Drive scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
