Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or tech consulting
- Published research in Future Studies Journal or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global outreach
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Shell, IFTF)
- Experience with UN SDG impact frameworks
- Portfolio of 3+ 10-year horizon projects
