Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technological and societal shifts using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and circular economy principles
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-2025 disruption risks
- Produce annual Horizon 2026 trend report with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation lab
- Present foresight findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or future-state projects
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
