Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on future workforce, AI, and sustainability trends
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term market projections
- Design and implement future-proofing strategies for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year planning experience
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
