Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government futurists
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental disruptors affecting tech landscapes
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' featuring industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Proven track record of launching future-proof products/services
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
