Responsibilities

- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying disruptive innovations with 3-5 year impacts
- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational strategy with 2026 technological inflection points
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient infrastructure and autonomous systems
- Present findings at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published work on quantum computing applications or next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 2030+ technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence principles
