Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to build 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational structures
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Tech Review
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on long-term space colonization and AI ethics initiatives
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using cutting-edge AR/VR training platforms
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with 3+ years at Fortune 100 level
- Published research on technological singularity or climate adaptation strategies
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and global policy frameworks
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on billion-dollar strategic pivots
