Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging threats/opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce scenario analyses and strategic briefs for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology developments
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or strategic frameworks
