Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive modeling
- Document and disseminate strategic insights through thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or Technology field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and foresight platforms
