Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning models for technological disruption and market evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Host innovation workshops to cultivate cross-functional strategic thinking across the organization
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite and board audiences
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, and System Dynamics
