- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities with 5+ year development horizons
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption and competitive positioning
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and innovation investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills for C-level audiences and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
