Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI governance and quantum adoption
- Author thought leadership reports on biotech convergence and neurotech integration
- Design innovation sprints for cross-functional teams exploring metaverse applications
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in sustainable computing
- Represent FutureVision at global forums on the ethics of 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI alignment
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with 10-year vision
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Experience with patent strategy and technology commercialization processes
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling executive narratives
