Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Author thought leadership reports and present to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling frameworks
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, or futures research
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
