What You'll Do: Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors. Develop strategic frameworks for long-term product innovation. Drive workshops to map future user experiences. Build partnerships with academic and industry thought leaders. Present actionable insights to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches aligned with future market needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future user experiences and societal impacts
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Present future-focused insights to executive leadership and board members
- Create scenario-planning models for potential market disruptions and opportunities
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, product innovation, or futurism roles at tech companies
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech publications
- Experience building strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects launched in the last 5 years
